Full Membership

Recognises professionals who have demonstrated sustained applied management and leadership competence over 7–9 years. Full Membership provides formal recognition of strategic, operational, and ethical leadership capabilities, and positions members to mentor others, contribute to governance, and influence organisational and professional development.

  • Must be an Associate Member (ACIML) in good standing
  • Completion of CIML Intermediate Level qualification or equivalent
  • 7–9 years of relevant professional experience in management, operational leadership, or supervisory roles
