A foundational framework defining the professional and ethical standards expected of all CIML members β promoting integrity, accountability, and excellence in management and leadership.
The Code serves as a guide for ethical decision-making, responsible behaviour, and continuous professional development across all membership grades.
This Code applies to all CIML members worldwide β from Affiliate to Distinguished Fellow β without exception or exemption.
Adherence upholds CIML's reputation, maintains public trust, and positions members as role models in their organisations and communities.
